An accomplished actor, writer and stand-up comic, Jamie Kaler has had recurring roles on Will & Grace, The King of Queens, Significant Others and the Seth Green animated show Robot Chicken. His film credits include The Family Stone, Underclassmen and Spanglish. He has also appeared in more than 50 national television commercials.

After earning a bachelor of arts from Boston University, Kaler was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy, stationed in San Diego. Realizing he wanted to be an actor, he resigned his commission as a lieutenant and became a fixture in the Los Angeles comedy scene. He is a member of the Acme Comedy Theatre Main Company and a regular at the Hollywood Improv. As a stand-up comic, he has performed in numerous venues. He has also appeared in many plays and was one of the new faces at the 2005 Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. In 2007, he taped the TBS comedy special Blue Collar Comedy: The Next Generation, which was also released as a comedy album.
